Our holiday apartments can be booked for a minimum stay of 3 nights. The booking calendar is currently open until January 8, 2028.
During peak holiday periods (e.g., summer and autumn holidays), we request a minimum booking of 7 nights. During these periods, arrival and departure usually take place on Saturdays.
Important NOTE
If no available holiday apartment is displayed for your desired period, this may be because the booking duration or the chosen arrival day does not match our booking conditions.
In this case, please contact us directly – we will of course help you and find a suitable solution together.

Booking process
After booking, you will receive a booking reservation from us with a request for a deposit of €50.00.
This can also be paid for via PayPal or credit card when booking.
Please transfer the deposit within the next 10 days.
After payment is received, you will receive a binding booking confirmation.
The remaining balance, plus tourist tax and additional services, is payable in cash at the end of the trip.
Unfortunately, credit card payments are not possible.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.
After that, 30% of the booking price will be charged.
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, the full booking price is due.
